Integral Astrology Mentorship: Level 1
This six month mentorship program involves both individual and group study, and focuses on developing basic astrology skills. The focus is on the components of the astrological chart: signs, planets, houses, and aspects. Participants meet weekly for 30 minutes for individual lessons and also communicate with the group via emails and teleconferences. This module may be completed in-person or online. Integral Astrology Mentorship: Level 2
This six month mentorship program is designed for people who have basic astrology skills and want to move to the next level of chart interpretation. It is appropriate for those who have not yet begun working professionally, and for new professionals. Both natal and transit interpretation are covered. Participants meet weekly for 30 minutes for individual lessons and also communicate with the group via emails and teleconferences. This module may be completed in-person or online. Integral Astrology Mentorship: Level 3
For professionals and advanced students who wish to further develop their understanding of astrology in the context consciousness evolution. Participants meet weekly for 60 minutes for individual lessons and also communicate with the group via emails and teleconferences. Participants are given an opportunity to read and discuss material in the areas of transpersonal psychology, consciousness studies, and other disciplines. A copy of Integral Astrology: Understanding the Ancient Discipline in the Contemporary World is included with the course materials. This module may be completed in-person or online. Deepening Your Divination Skills
Using astrology, Tarot, the I Ching and numerology, you will deepen your ability access your intuitive powers. Intuition is not an alien force that one receives, but a skill set that can be developed. This class is an excellent way to experience a variety of divination techniques, and learn which ones resonate with you. Teachings are supplemented and supported by a strong experiential component.
Topics include: 1) Theories of divination 2) History of divination 3) Understanding Fate and Free Will 4) Techniques of Interpretation 5) Tarot 6) I Ching 7) Numerology 8) Horary Astrology

Meditation for People Who Can't Meditate
You know the benefits of meditation - it reduces stress, improves your focus, slows aging, helps you to meet your goals, and even furthers your spiritual development.
Problem is, you've tried it and you just can't do it. Your mind is too restless. Or your body is too uncomfortable. Or you have no imagination. Or no concentration. Or you get bored. Or you don't have enough time. Meditation just isn't for you.
But it is! Meditation is a skill everyone can learn - a restless mind and achy body aren't real obstacles. In fact, pretty much everyone who meditates seriously experiences these things. The secret is in letting go of misconceptions about meditation and finding the right practice for you!
This course will introduce you to a few basic meditation techniques that can easily be incorporated into your daily life. You can start to feel the benefits of meditation quickly, and without frustration.
The course is offered as a series of eight sessions, half hour each. $110 or $15/session. Courses may be taken in person in the NYC area, or via Skype - either way works fine!
