Fundamentals of Integral Astrology
Through the Integral Astrology course you will not only deepen your knowledge and skills in astrology, you will learn to relate astrology to other disciplines. A major focus of the course is the development of consciousness, and how our psychological and spiritual evolution interacts with astrological factors at all levels of consciousness. At the completion of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to use astrology within the context of personal and collective evolution.
Topics include: 1) The evolution of consciousness 2) Astrological schools and perspectives 3) Fate and Free Will 4) Karma and Reincarnation 5) Astrological timing and growth potential 6) World transits (mundane astrology) and trends 7) Working with clients 8) The mulitivalent nature of astrological symbolism 9) Understanding astrology in the contemporary world.
The course is given in weekly sessions, which students can attend in-person (in the New York area) or online. Email follow-ups and class discussion takes place between sessions. Although there are short weekly lectures, participants interact and take a creative approach to developing their knowledge. Completion of a course project to be shared with the class in encouraged.
The course is a four month intensives that requires background reading on Integral Theory as well as its application to astrology. Tuition is $350. Click here for more information.
Deepening Your Divination Skills
Using astrology, Tarot, the I Ching and numerology, you will deepen your ability access your intuitive powers. Intuition is not an alien force that one receives, but a skill set that can be developed. This class is an excellent way to experience a variety of divination techniques, and learn which ones resonate with you. Teachings are supplemented and supported by a strong experiential component.
Topics include: 1) Theories of divination 2) History of divination 3) Understanding Fate and Free Will 4) Techniques of Interpretation 5) Tarot 6) I Ching 7) Numerology 8) Horary Astrology
